NEW YORK  Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC (H2C), a financial advisory and investment banking firm for the healthcare industry, today announced the addition of Barbara Z. Shattuck as a Principal in the New York office.

Ms. Shattuck’s role at Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC will be to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructurings. “We are very excited to have Barbara join Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC,” said Michael Hammond, Principal at H2C. “Given the turmoil and change affecting our clients, as health care reform impacts all aspects of their business, what will distinguish investment banking and strategic advisory firms is the judgment of the professionals.
