Joshua Memon is an Associate in H2C’s New York office, where he provides transaction and analytical support to senior bankers on an extensive range of distressed situations, restructuring, merger and acquisition, and strategic advisory engagements.
Prior to joining Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC, Mr. Memon was an Associate at Winter Harbor where he provided restructuring advisory services for clients across a variety of industries, and previously worked with EY accounting firm focusing on risk management advisory solutions. Mr. Memon received his B.S in Finance from Fordham University. He has passed the Series 79, Series 63, and all three parts of the Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor exams. Additionally, he is part of the TMA Next Gen board
