H2C Executes $35M in Financings for Regional Senior Living Owner/Operator
NEW YORK — H2C Securities Inc. (“H2C”), a healthcare focused strategic advisory firm, served as the exclusive advisor to Mainstay Senior Living (“Mainstay”) to secure financing for a pipeline of acquisitions, ground-up development projects, and refinancings.
Director Matthew Tarpley and Vice President Mitch Levine led the transactions for H2C.
The transactions include acquisition financings, refinancings, and construction financing for communities that Mainstay will own and operate, including:
66-unit assisted living (“AL”) community with a to-be-developed 51-unit independent living (“IL”) community in Plant City, Fla.
Three-property, 146-unit AL/Memory Care (“MC”) portfolio in Columbia, Rock Hill and Sumter, S.C.
120-bed skilled nursing facility in Lakeland, Fla.
59-unit AL/IL community in Savannah, Ga.
56-unit AL community in Asheville, N.C.
