NEW YORK - H2C Securities Inc. is pleased to welcome Kyle Hopkins to its real estate investment banking team.

In his role as vice president of H2C, Kyle will be located in San Francisco, Calif., and will lead the oversight and execution of real estate transactions with a focus on industrial, retail, multifamily, and office asset class engagements across the country. Types of transactions include sale/leasebacks, portfolio monetization, debt and equity capital raises, strategic partnership/joint venture structuring, and investment sales.

Hopkins earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson, where he concentrated in corporate finance and real estate. He has been involved in the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and has been a guest speaker at UCLA on various real estate disciplines. He played Division I basketball at Idaho State University, where he earned his BBA in Business Management.
