Kyle Hopkins Director, San Diego

Kyle Hopkins is a Vice President at H2C and is based in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Hopkins leads the oversight and execution of real estate investment banking transactions with a focus on industrial, retail, multifamily, and office asset class engagements across the country. Types of transactions include buy-side/sell-side M&A advisory, investment sales, debt and equity capital raises, strategic partnership/joint venture structuring, and portfolio monetization.
Prior to joining H2C, Mr. Hopkins spent four years as a Director within the Strategic Consulting and Corporate Capital Markets group at Cushman & Wakefield. During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Hopkins successfully closed more than $2.2 billion of aggregate transactions and was consistently a top producer. He also oversaw a global portfolio of over 45 million square feet of office, industrial, and mixed-use assets on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Hopkins earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson, where he concentrated in corporate finance and real estate. Mr. Hopkins has been involved in the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and has been a guest speaker at UCLA on various real estate disciplines. He played Division I basketball at Idaho State University, where he earned his BBA in Business Management. He also holds his real estate brokerage license in the state of California.
