Heidar Fadae is an Associate in H2C's Chicago office, where he provides transaction and analytical support to senior bankers on a broad range of strategic advisory and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining H2C Securities Inc., Mr. Fadae worked at AlixPartners, a turnaround and restructuring firm, in its Financial Advisory Services group. Previously, Mr. Fadae worked at Antares Capital in the structured products group and held similar roles at Barclays and Bank of America.

Mr. Fadae graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics. He also earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
