Dan Poulsen is an Analyst in H2C's San Diego office where he provides transaction and analytical support to senior bankers on a broad range of strategic advisory, merger and acquisition, and capital markets engagements.
Prior to joining Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC, Mr. Poulsen was a Corporate and Investment Banking Analyst with Citigroup, New York. During his tenure at Citi, Mr. Poulsen focused on sponsor-originated, highly leveraged transactions spanning a wide variety of industry verticals to include Healthcare, TMT, Industrials, Consumer, and E&P. Prior to Citi, Mr. Poulsen served as an Marine Corps Non-Commissioned Officer in the 1st and 3rd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalions where he served two combat tours to Iraq, and a third tour with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
Mr. Poulsen received a B.S. in Economics with a business minor from the University of Utah.
