Bill Watts, Managing Director, leads H2C's healthcare tech advisory practice through M&A and capital raise services. Bill has represented healthcare tech clients across various verticals, including provider tech, payer tech, consumerism, and pharma/life sciences tools.

 

Bill previously worked within Citi Healthcare Investment Banking in New York, where he provided M&A advisory services for clients within healthcare IT, med tech, pharma providers, and distributors. Bill also served as an Army intelligence officer assigned to the 4th Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division. During his time in the military, Bill served in two combat tours to Iraq.

 

Bill received his JD/MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from West Point.
